• Personal information such as name, email, or phone number
• Location data or IP addresses for tracking

All photo resizing, compression, and cropping operations happen locally in your web browser. Once you close or refresh the page, all image data is permanently removed from memory.

2. How the Tool Works

When you use MyExamPhoto to resize or compress a photo:

• The image is loaded into your browser's memory using JavaScript
• All processing (resize, crop, compress) happens on your device
• The processed image is generated locally and available for download
• No data is sent to any remote server at any point

This means your photos are 100% private and secure. Even we cannot access them.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may collect:

• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Browser type, device type, and screen resolution
• Approximate geographic location (country/city level)
• Referral source (how you found our site)

Google Analytics does not have access to the photos you upload or process. The analytics data is used solely to improve the website experience and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

MyExamPhoto uses minimal cookies:

• Google Analytics cookies — for anonymous usage statistics
• localStorage — to remember your rating preference (so the rating widget shows "Thank you" instead of asking again)

We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes.

Our website uses the following third-party services:

None of these services have access to the photos you process on our site.

• Your photos are automatically cleared when you close the browser tab

7. Children's Privacy

MyExamPhoto does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since our tool does not collect personal data from any user, it is safe for use by students of all ages.
